Jill Hawkins

Jill Hawkins, former head of BBC Library Sales, the Stock footage arm of BBC Worldwide in London, started up the first international Sales office in New York in 1993, quickly adding offices in Burbank, CA and Toronto, Canada. The group has maintained its position as a worldwide market leader ever since, with a strong commitment to the future of digital delivery.

An industry figure for many years, Jill was founder of FOCAL (the Federation of Commercial Audio Visual Libraries) and WildVision, the award winning commercial production arm of the BBC's Natural History Unit. A former Board Member of IDA, she is currently a Trustee. She served in a wide range of jobs for BBC Worldwide in London, ranging from Head of Sales to Director of Business Affairs.
