FILM TRANSFER
The centerpiece of film transfer is a Philips High Definition Spirit Datacine with a da Vinci 2K HD Color Corrector. Crawford plans to soon add additional 24p upgrades to the Spirit.

EDITORIAL
Crawford has long been the Southeast's leader in full-service post for high definition and digital television. Editorial features a Quantel Henry Infinity; a Discreet HD fire*/inferno* running on an SGI Onyx 2 platform; a Softimage Digital Studio; two 601 linear rooms; an HD linear online suite; and 10 Avid rooms, most with 601 uncompressed systems. The HD Hybrid linear suite features the first Snell & Wilcox HD/SD 24p switcher in the Southeast plus Panasonic's HD D-5 24p machines and a Sony HDCAM 24p recorder. A TeraNex all-format converter provides the highest quality conversions between all SD and HD formats.

DESIGN
An incredible team of designers run 2D Macs with Adobe After Effects and SGI 540 NTs with 3D Maya Unlimited.

AUDIO
A leader in sound design for video, Crawford is one of the most experienced, best-equipped and diverse audio facilities in the country. Three 5.1 surround sound mixing rooms, all designed by world-renowned acoustician Tom Hidley, boast new SSL Avant mixing consoles.
