Kathleen Finch
Kathleen Finch is the Vice President of Programming for Food Network. She joined Food Network almost three years ago, hired as the Director of Production, to help re-launch the network’s prime-time programming. She’s created numerous series and one-hour specials, including the top-rated "Unwrapped."
Before Food Network, Kathleen spent twelve years as a network news producer at CBS. Some highlights include covering the Los Angeles riots after the Rodney King verdict; taking Martha Stewart to Cuba when the Pope visited and using her as a correspondent for a series of lifestyle pieces; producing interviews with Bill Gates and First Lady Hillary Clinton.
In addition to network news, she’s worked in local news, talk shows, and worked as a magazine writer and columnist. In the fall of 2000 she was named one of Time magazine’s ‘Industry Innovators’ and was profiled in the magazine.
Kathleen lives in Connecticut with her three daughters and her husband, the editor of a magazine.
