Ron Heidt

In his 20 year's experience as an accomplished editor, effects compositor and producer at Crawford Communications, Inc., Ron realized early on the importance of resolution-independent post production. With a special talent for pushing technology to its limits, he has garnered numerous awards recognizing his outstanding creative talent. Heidt is known as an industry expert on HDTV and has developed associations with key manufacturers for beta testing of HDTV-capable software and equipment. Heidt operates Crawford's HD Hybrid Suite, a new linear/nonlinear edit suite that is both resolution and frame-rate independent.
