Tam O’Connor Fraser

Tam O’Connor Fraser is a veteran of the film and video industry. A co-founder of Tam Communications 23 years ago, he has produced and directed hundreds of television commercials, broadcast and cable programs, private satellite broadcasts, and corporate image programs.

In addition to his other roles at Tam Communications, Tam served as Executive Producer for Coast Guard, a syndicated television series which aired on over 110 stations in the United States as well as on stations overseas. Coast Guard has earned numerous national and international honors, including a Gold Award at the Worldfest in Houston. He has also executive produced shot and edited eight one hour prime time documentaries for the Discovery Channel. He is currently in production on Lifeguards: On Duty, a three hour documentary series for the Discovery Health Channel.

Tam’s outstanding direction, camera work, and editing have been honored with 3 CINE Golden Eagles, two IABC Gold Quills, Gold Awards from the San Francisco Ad Club, the National Media Council, the National Education Film & Video Festival, and several Silver Telly Awards.
